This website and online store are operated by BiltongBoys, a trading name of GB Partners LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using this website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this website.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products to you.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tobacco or any age-restricted products. By placing an order for such products, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• Cancel orders where age requirements are not met
• Refuse service at our discretion

Providing false information may result in cancellation without liability.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders
• Limit quantities per person or household
• Cancel orders suspected of resale abuse or fraud

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, a refund will be issued.

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and refund payments.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

Food products are subject to best-before dates and must be stored appropriately upon receipt.

Perishable goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

5. Delivery & Risk

Delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We reserve the right to inspect returned goods before issuing refunds.

Refunds will only be processed once returned goods have been received and assessed.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

7. Prohibited Use

You must not use this website:

• For unlawful purposes
• To engage in fraud or abuse
• To upload malicious software
• To infringe intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or refuse service where misuse is reasonably suspected.

8. Chargebacks & Abuse

Customers are required to contact us at support@biltongboys.co.uk to resolve issues before initiating a chargeback.

We reserve the right to:

• Contest chargebacks using order, delivery and IP evidence
• Recover reasonable administrative and chargeback costs where disputes are found to be fraudulent or abusive
• Suspend accounts where misuse of refund or chargeback processes is reasonably suspected

9. Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability which cannot legally be limited

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
